This appeal arises out of a suit brought in the District Court of Lea County to recover on an insurance policy issued to plaintiff-appellants deceased husband, Abel Alvarez, by defendant-appellee, Southwestern Life Insurance Company (Southwestern). Southwestern moved for, and was granted, summary judgment. This appeal followed. We affirm.
